Trustence — Terms of Service

Welcome to Trustence (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our AI receptionist and automation services (“Service”) provided through our website, communication channels, or related platforms.

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing or submitting information.

1. Service Overview

Trustence provides AI-powered customer communication, call answering, and booking automation services for local businesses. Our AI voice agents operate based on the details, preferences, and instructions submitted by each client during onboarding. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all business information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

2. Account & Access

  • Each subscription is assigned to one business entity or branch location.
  • You agree not to share account credentials or provide access to unauthorized third parties.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Services are billed monthly in advance.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.
  • By providing payment details, you authorize Trustence to charge recurring payments until cancellation.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle.
  • Upon cancellation, service continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Because setup and resources are allocated immediately, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
  • Refunds may be granted only at Trustence’s discretion in exceptional cases such as duplicate charges or verified system errors.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you initiate a payment dispute (“chargeback”) with your bank, Trustence reserves the right to provide service records, call logs, or AI usage reports as evidence of service delivery. Unresolved or repeated chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. Service Reliability

Our goal is to keep your AI receptionist running around the clock. From time to time, short maintenance windows or external platform updates help us keep performance fast and secure — and we always aim to complete these without interrupting your operations.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and complete information in the onboarding form.
  • Update us promptly if your business hours, phone numbers, or services change.
  • Ensure your use of the Service complies with local and federal laws, including consent requirements for recorded or automated calls where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trustence and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, reputation, or opportunities. The client’s sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cancel their subscription.

9. Intellectual Property

All Service materials, branding, AI configurations, and content provided by Trustence remain our property. You are granted a limited license to use them for your business while subscribed. Unauthorized use, resale, or duplication is prohibited.

10. Communication & Support

Official support and client communication are handled via email at [email protected]. By subscribing, you consent to receive service-related announcements or updates.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state principles, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed through informal negotiation between the parties before any formal action is considered.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the new version.

13. AI Disclaimer

The AI Receptionist is designed to assist with business communication and scheduling. While it uses advanced automation, Trustence is not responsible for any misinterpretation, transcription error, or incorrect response generated by the AI system. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for critical business decisions.
