The Service
Trustence Brief provides a weekly or monthly document delivery service — including bulletins, newsletters, and community content — delivered to your inbox as a print-ready PDF. You provide the content details each week. We handle the design and delivery.
We do our best to deliver a great document every time. If something isn't right, just let us know and we'll fix it.
Payment
Subscriptions are $75.00 USD per month, charged to your card on the same date each month. An annual plan is available at $750.00 USD per year.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically. If payment cannot be processed after several attempts, your service may be paused until it's resolved.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel any time — no questions, no fees. Just email us at support@gettrustence.com or cancel through your billing portal. Your service continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Payments already made are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you'll continue to receive the service until the end of that billing period.
Your Content
Everything you submit — sermon details, announcements, events, prayer requests — belongs to you. We use it only to produce your weekly document and for nothing else.
You're responsible for making sure your content is accurate and appropriate. We reserve the right to decline producing content that is unlawful or harmful.
Our Responsibility
We work hard to deliver a reliable, high-quality service. That said, we're not responsible for any losses or damages arising from use of the service, including errors in documents produced from content you submitted, printing issues, or delivery delays outside our control.
We always recommend reviewing your document before distributing it.
Disputes
If you're ever unhappy with anything, please email us first at support@gettrustence.com. We'll do everything we can to make it right before anything else.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If anything significant changes, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you're okay with the updated terms.
